These ingredients are the perfect combination of everything you need for a busy day. Berries are powerful antioxidants, while coconut oil is helpful in boosting energy and lowering cholesterol (plus 100 more benefits), maple syrup is packed with vitamins, and the flax seeds and oatmeal will give you plenty of fiber to keep you full and going.
